Certified tests

The list provides an overview of the SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid tests currently available in Austria that are certified for self-testing, but does not claim to be complete. For these tests a notified body has been involved as an independent conformity assessment body, which evaluates the suitability of the tests for self-testing. A 4-digit number is affixed to the products next to the CE marking to identify the notified body involved. 

The list with certified tests is only available on the German website. 

Listing

Manufacturers of certified SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen tests for self-testing who market their product in Austria and wish to be included in this list are requested to provide the following information:

1. Trade name of the SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen test
2. Address and name of the manufacturer
3. Address and name of the authorized representative
4. Declaration of conformity and certificate of the notified body
5. Type of sample collection
