Due to current events, FAQ Nr. 2 on accessible information for use has been revised, to better reflect the current approach.
Please note that only the request for procedure initiation for the relevant reference numbers (“Grundzahlen”)/products is to be sent by email to cesp@basg.gv.at, but not the accessible PDF/UA documents. These must be uploaded by the applicant in the eService after creation of the respective procedure(s) by the BASG.
