A Type IA/IAin Variation is considered finalised positive when the relevant authority (RMS for European procedures, national authority for purely national procedures) has signed the „Acknowledgement of an acceptable notification“/„Approval Letter”. Availability on eServices is only related to the internal closure of the procedure.
