The Federal Office for Safety in Health Care (BASG) has been informed that confirmed autochthonous dengue cases have been recorded in the following regions:

Départements: Ain, Bouches du Rhône, Gironde, Haute-Garonne, Hérault, Loire, Lot, Pyrénées-Orientales, Var

French overseas territories: French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, La Réunion, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin

In France, preventive measures against dengue transmission through transfusion were lifted on 1 December for the 2025 season.
