The two manufacturers (Caesar & Loretz GmbH and Gatt-Koller GmbH) informed their customers by August 17, 2020 and September 04, 2020 that some active substance batches of Erythromycin, micronised (microbial origin) are recalled as a precautionary measure. The reason is a possible contamination with erythromycin stearate.
