The Federal Office for Safety in Health Care has been informed by the Finnish authority that dark colored particles have been detected in products of Haemonetics Platelet Filter System ATSBC1EB with lot numbers 215003, 2150070, 2150071, 2150091.
- If you have Haemonetics Platelet Filter System ATSBC1EB products of the above lot numbers in use, you are requested to notify the Federal Office of Health Care Safety at medizinprodukte@basg.gv.at.
