Notice Regarding Login to the eService Portal Following the Portal Update New

Following the eService Portal update, the login page at https://eservices.basg.gv.at/ may in some cases not be displayed completely and the "Username" and "Password" fields may not be visible.

Resolution:

1. Perform a hard refresh of the page:
   • Firefox:[Ctrl] + [F5]
   • Other browsers: usually [Shift] + [F5] or [Ctrl] + [F5]
2. If the login page is still not displayed correctly, please clear your browser's cache and cookies.
3. In most browsers, the browser data deletion menu can be opened directly using [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Delete].
4. Afterwards, access the eService Portal again.

After completing these steps, the login page should be displayed correctly, including the username and password fields.
