Update WNV risk areas France

The Federal Office for Safety in Health Care was informed by the French authority, that in addition to the regions already known, further confirmed human WNV infections (meningitis/encephalitis) have occurred in the Pyrénées-Orientales region.

It is therefore requested that the following be taken into account in the medical history discussions and donor selections
