Update: West Nile Virus (WNV) – Greece New

The Federal Office for Safety in Health Care (BASG) has been informed that confirmed cases of human WNV infection have been recorded in Greece in the following regions:

Central Athens, East Attica, Imathia, Karditsa/Trikala, Laconia, Larissa, North Athens, Pella, Piraeus (including the islands), Serres, South Athens, Thessaloniki, West Attika
