Update: West Nile Virus (WNV) – Spain New

The Federal Office for Safety in Health Care (BASG) has been informed that confirmed cases of human WNV infection have been reported in the following regions of Spain:

Alicante, Badajoz, Cáceres, Huelva, Seville

For further information, please refer to the following safety warnings. We kindly ask you to pay attention to this during anamnesis interviews and donor selections.
