WNV Bulgaria

The Federal Office for Safety in Health Care was informed by the ECDC that there has been a confirmed human cases of WNV infection in Bulgaria in the province of Pazardjik. We therefore ask for appropriate attention in the anamnesis discussions and donor selection.

This letter corresponds to the current information status of the BASG. As soon as further information is available, it will be announced.
