WNV Risk Areas Romania - Update

To the Federal Office for Security in the Health Care was from the Romanian authority informed that further human WNV infections (neuro-invasive diseases) in Romania recorded have been. The affected areas are Fierbinti (Ialomita County), Drobeta Turnu Severin (Mehedinti County) and Bucharest.

To appropriate attention in the anamnesis interviews and donor selections is therefore requested.
