The BASG warns against the illegal medicinal product „T-Lain Plus Cherry Powder Detox Tea“ due to the ingredients sibutramine and sildenafil.
The marketing authorisations for medicinal products containing sibutramine have been withdrawn in Austria due to safety concerns, mainly due to an increased risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attack or stroke. Such products may not be marketed.
The intake of unknown active pharmaceutical ingredients poses a significant risk to health.
Importing these illegal medicinal products from abroad is a punishable offence.
