The Federal Office for Safety in Health Care has been informed by the French authority that there have been deviations in the measurement of the medical device for whole blood collection TAT (top and top) FQE614B (equipped with an LXT leukocyte reduction filter) from the medical device manufacturer Macopharma.
If you have this product in use, it is requested that you notify the Federal Office for Safety in Health Care at haemovigilanz@basg.gv.at.
This letter corresponds to the current information status of the BASG. As soon as further information is available, it will be announced.
